I saw a "free sample" on the web and thought I would try it as I am looking for a new product to switch to for my facial routine. I thought "great, I'll try it." first of all I got the second product when I was quite sure I did not select it. The credit card was supposed to be used for shipping only. after a month, I received an identical package in the mail and thought that they had accidentally double shipped. I had not even opened the first shipment. Even if I had used it every day, there is No way I would need a refill that quickly!! Not impressed at all to find over 315 charged to my credit card that I did not authorize!!
